Store is an asset to Luling since only full service in town. Sandra and Chase work really hard to accommodate your needs. If you purchase a Stilh product take it somewhere else to get worked on. Juan is not someone to get it done

I been hear since 2017. The 1st dealings I had was ALL my water pipes busted. Juan told me the PVC fittings would work w/ PEX. BUT they don't! A couple other times ive had issues with returns. I let the issues go. I spend a ton of money there. BUT last week I spent a little over $50. THEN I was ready to get another $30+ . (Had not left the store yet ) ..I then Noticed I had coupons w/ me after all. BUT Juan refused to return the original $50 for a $15 coupon. I had another $10 coupon for second purchase. He returned the initial $50. BUT refused to sell me ANYTHING. Because his time & EVERYTHING is more important than my ANYTHING, apparently.

We have been living in Luling since 2013. The staff at Ace Hardware has always been helpful, friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable. From Sandra in the paint to department to all the fantastic men in the parts and tool department, we have never been disappointed with the service. I would recommend this business to friends passing through just so they could meet this wonderful staff.

I went to Ace in Luling to get a tree and water sealer and equipment to apply to my deck.I was asked if I neededand asked for a price, the service I received went beyond what I had asked for.
