The self service tea was sour so I had to ask for tea from behind the counter. When they brought the food out, no ketchup was offered and when requested was told they were limiting quantity. No napkins were made available either.

I went thru the drive thru at the Whataburger on N. Timberland Drive in Lufkin , Tx and I was very very very disappointed I spent like $17.00 and that's kind of expensive for one person meal that absolutely sucked ! My hamburger bun was old and it tasted old. I took two bites and that was enough for me . The fries were cold so automatically no good . The service was great the drive thru lady was smiling very friendly . Don't get me wrong Whataburger is one of my most favorite places to eat like in my top 5 for sure . It just was not good at all on this day . I give them a D and that's generous .

Nice restaurant but services is poor. The employees to much talking and don't pay atencion..I'm waiting my food in side for 15 minutes

Got 2 double meat burgers what a meal dry to go. Lady ask if wanted cheese said no. Got home both burgers had cheese and fries were hard only love minutes away. Had to go back to exchange the order and get burgers without cheese. The burgers that replaced the ones with cheese were smashed, the buns were like 1/4 -3/8 inch thick and wet and gooey inside the tomatoes, lettuce. Pickles and onions were gooey and slimy.

I am in disbelief at how expensive this place is. $1.01 for EACH SLICE of cheese they add onto a BURGER? I can almost go buy a PACK of cheese for the $2.02 they charged me for two slices of cheese. $6 for a "Dr Pepper" Milkshake that barley tasted like Dr Pepper. I spent $40 on food that didn't even taste good and drinks that didn't even taste like Dr Pepper?? Not a good first impression after coming back into town and having Whataburger after 5 years. I wont be coming back.

Ghetto.... manager was yelling at employees with no teeth. Employee pulling up late banging (Everyone inside kept asking what time he was gonna make it?) with a drive through full of customers.??♂️??♂️ The burrito didn't even have everything on it. Didn't go back because it already took 30 minutes to get the food, and the line was wrapped around the building.... the first time I went here I got a burrito with a crumbling flour tortilla and the cheese that was unmelted...
