The vet and techs here are gentle, loving, and care. They always know what to do to get our pups well. They’re always there when I need them. Best vet office in Lufkin.

They’ve been taking care of all my pets for years (2 large dogs, 1 small dog, & a cat) because they have always taken great care of them! I usually call ahead to make sure I am coming at a good time if I don’t already have an appointment because that’s just the smart thing to do. And they’re always so accommodating of my work schedule. Taking great care of pets always costs money (vaccinations, flea/tick & heartworm meds) but I have found their surgery prices to be very reasonable through the years, and there are often deals for buying meds in bulk. The calm, friendly staff make everything easier. The office rescue cat is even really chill, a good sign that they will take care of your pet in as low stress manner as possible too!

My dog Bella had a bad foot Doctor Richard's checked it our gave her antibiotics and it's better. They are a very caring staff and are great with the pets.

We love this vet! We drive an hour just to go see them. They’ve gotten our pups in multiple times for emergencies in the same day, and are always honest about their prognosis, and never try to do unnecessary procedures, medications or tests. They have awesome prices, and we are glad we found them. All of the staff are caring and aways do their best work!

West Loop Animal Clinic has been perfect for me and my pup. They take the best care when handling my dog. The staff are very friendly and will take extra steps to ensure your visit is good. They are also affordable which is a plus.

This vet office is amazing! He doesn't lead you the wrong way and will tell you the honest truth about your animal! They just did surgery on our 12 year old little dog and he made it! That's where we get his flea pill every year too. They are the cheapest in town and very good people!!! If they have to do any surgery on your animal, be prepared to pay in full! They tried to keep our dog. We got him back though and will pay them in payment plans.

This vet clinic will be the only clinic we use in Lufkin because of their thoughtfulness and knowledge. They sent us a card after the loss of our dog Bayli and that meant a lot to our family. We have been going to this clinic over 10 years and will be with them as long as we have animals. Thank you again staff. ?

The Veterinarian was active, listened to our concerns and the entire staff were happy, polite and greeted us when we walked in the waiting area. Thank you. It's stressful enough having a family member be sick enough to come for a check up so y'all get a 10 from us kudos ?
