Not to be confused with Wheelmart, which sells nothing but wheels. This place sells all kinds of car parts and other things, kind of everything really. Of course it's not a very good place to shop because it's a Walmart, and there's a lot of problems with it, and the employees are one of the main problems, but that can be said about almost any Walmart store. Altogether it's great that Lufkin has it, and it's always very busy, and there's a good reason for that because the prices are bargain basement, and even though you can't always find stuff like I said, it's good to have it here... even though it's an evil empire.

I am considering boycotting the Walmart in Lufkin Texas. Every time I go there I see empty shelves, shelves in disarray, and unhelpful employees. For instance I was there yesterday needing buttermilk. I use full fat buttermilk for cooking and the entire shelf inventory consisted of one carton of low fat buttermilk. I don't see this at the other stores in Lufkin. Don't be surprised if this store closes.

Tried to do a return and the "manager" Yolanda looked like she was high on drugs and couldn't complete the transaction. I'll take my business elsewhere.

It is probably a place where you need to go get something today, but sometimes they don't have it in either. Too many people in here. Merchandise should be checked before you leave for missing parts.

Placed order around noon on Monday for 8pm delivery. Got an email saying it would be delayed. It's 6pm Tuesday and STILL no delivery. I've tried to call the store several times and no one will answer the phone. Horrible customer relations and management at this location. You should be ashamed

I can't even give it a part of a star for customer service. I have literally stood at the service center and dialed the store number to see if anyone would pick up the phone to help me. There where three people talking and laughing but no one bothered answering the phone even after I hung up several times and called back. This is really sorry.

I shop at a lot of Walmarts and this is one of the worst. In the first place, Lufkin needs a second Walmart. This one hasn't been able to keep up with the areas demand. The shelves are always low, and don't even get me started on the parking.

I love the store in general. I don't drive so I get dropped off early around 6:30 am and my boyfriend picks me up around 5 pm. I roam throughout the store and I sometimes lose track of time because I get like a kid in a candy store and want everything. However when it comes to the fresh vegetables and deli I have had nothing and I mean nothing but problems. I love salads, I have a bearded dragon who loves her leafy greens and my boyfriend loves his sandwiches for lunch. Here's the problem the fresh salad greens usually are rotten in two days, twice I bought 3lbs of onions and you have to sift through them at the store because they usually are rotten ones in the bags. The produce is bad before you even get home and that's very depressin, especially now with the prices sky high and I am on fixed income with only $61 from SNAP a month. Last time I bought a lb of Swiss cheese at the deli and it had to have been past due because it tasted and looked like parmesan. They dont know how to slice meat thickness, one time I bought a lb of ham and I got about 9 slices, we like our meat and cheeses thin. All in all I wish I drove so I could go to H‑E‑B for my groceries and staples because they are fresher and cheaper. but everything else at Walmart. But I must say I find the staff to be extremely helpful and very friendly. Thank you

Very good service but when it comes to pickup orders they definitely need more help, a lot of ppl waited an hour long for an order you make a whole day prior. That kinda sucks and I think they should prioritize pickup orders specially right now

When I go to grab groceries for supper, it's usually not that bad. I got home to make supper and my honey mustard was a month out of date. How hard is it to rotate products? I should not have to be checking expiration dates when it's on YOUR shelf.

I have to laugh at some reviews commenting on other customers. Personally I have never had poor customer service and found all the employees are approachable, some more knowledgeable than others. The employees are hard working people under a corporate billion dollar thumb , and aren't paid nearly their worth. The store, itself when I shop is cleaner than not with the exceptions of the bathrooms. Thank you. And to all who think "rude" or "red neck @s* ho..." look in the mirror on one of your bad days and smile!

Being friendly to customers goes a long ways and I enjoy giving good reports for fast and friendly service but at the same-time an unkind person needs recognition as well. I spoke with Asst Manager Glenn and called to make sure he spoke to GM Patrick over the Rudeness of Department manager Tami in fabric who should be given a course on being kind, courtesy & how to be friendly and treat customers with respect!! Definitely not a people person just plain Rude! Every time I go to this department she acts like she hates her job and hates waiting on customers. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced this type of treatment from her but I had finally had enough and complained after not only treating me that way but watching her treat 3 other customers the same way. This Is Not Ok!

We shop at this WalMart when in Lufkin. As we like it better then Livingston where we live. But when shopping there on 5/25/18, we had a bad experience. First our check our lady was just not friendly, never said a thing, even when I said Hi. I had given her our slip from the loose change that we brought in. Well, I thought she subtracted it from out grocery bill. We got home and I thought to check........No SHE did not!!!! It was only $7 and some change BUT still it was ours!!!! I just could not believe it!!!! So heads up ppl~~~
