I completed a passport for my niece there a couple weeks ago. The service was topnotch as I did not know how busy this place could get. Everyone there was efficient at their job duties and worked as a team to keep the line moving quickly. Mike, Shelia, and Jolene I must say the postal service is a lifeline to many of us who write letters instead of emails, pay bills, and receive essential deliveries. I appreciate all of your hard work that goes unnoticed daily in such a stressful environment......KUDOS to you and all the staff that work in front and behind the scene.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Very unhelpful. I’ve lived at my address for three years but they are now deciding that my address magically doesn’t exist anymore. But that’s government funding for you.

Whoever is responsible for answering phone calls should be fired because they sure aren't doing their job. Looks like I'm not the only one complaining about this either.

If I could give this post office a zero I would, ever since my regular mailman retired if I don't have any mail, the new mail lady will not come by to check the mail box to see if there is any mail in it

I had a package that was marked delivered to me but in actuality it was NEVER delivered to my mail box or to my front door. It’s been over a week now still no package. I went to speak with someone at the post office & I was told the Kylie the supervisor would get in touch with me m, and I’ve yet to hear from her and it’s been over a week now. Nobody answers the phone when you call. I just want to know where my package is or some information on who was responsible that day for delivery!

Tired of having my package scanned as delivered but yet nothing comes in because nothing gets delivered. They even mark your delivery as "no access to driveway" they are too damn sorry and lazy to bring the package to your door. Mainly the lazy guy on Mondays.. tired of them messing with people packages. If your package has do not bend on it, they will still bend it..people here needs to be fired. There 1 mail carrier and it's the older lady with hearing aid. Not sure her name but she is very very sweet

Been here many times and have never had an issue. Everyone I have dealt with is friendly.
