I paid extra for 2 day delivery and they state since some businesses are closed for the holidays, they assumed we were closed too. And on top of that they send me a message saying they tried to deliver but business was closed. Come to find out my package is just sitting inside a delivery truck at their premises. Unacceptable service!! I called customer service and they can't help. And I'm sure I'll get some type of response back saying: We apologize this is not the experience we want you to have send us a message through facebook and whatever else. Substandard service. GET YOUR BUSINESS TOGETHER!!!!

I do not understand how a Supervisor of a UPS facility cannot contact another facility to see where a bag of small items is at!! I was told my package was in a bag and it was last handled in the Willowbrook facility but she can’t call them!!! Customer service is nonexistent with UPS. This was a next day Delivery but now is 2 days late!!

A package of mine is still in a hold status because of an address problem, which is my correct address, but I am being given the run around about why of the address problem, since there were no issues in the past for delivering items to my home at that address.

Terrible service. They never can find my address and they always say "incorrect address". But it is correct and FedEx can always find me. This time they dropped the package at a local UPS Store 77 miles away from me. They are getting worse and worse.

ups delivers ur packages they dont knock on your door nor ring your bell so your package just sits there for anyone to pick it up or the delivery person claims they drop it off and keeps your package for themselves

Not for regular shipping. Go ro the place on the loop across from the mall. My trip and wait was a waste time and they sent me to the packing store.

I spoke to a manager at this facility, who informed me that my iphone that was being delivered from this location was stolen by one of their employees, along with serveral other peoples iphones and packages. This manager did not take inconsideration that this phone has my personal information on it, or the expense of the package, nor seem to be worried that his employees are stealing. Please be aware if you have expensive or personal packages go missing from this location and report with the police department.

Please I need to kn what happens to my packages.Tracking site showed UPS delivered but packages never showed up. It was not just one time thing it was 7 in a row from 2/6/23—2-10/23. Mostly are from Amazon and some are from my work uniform company, been waiting for my scrub and its get lost too. We have ring cameras set up at our front and back driveway so we kn when someone/truck are at our driveway. My packages would usually say it delivered at 6:45 pm , but every time I checked my ring camera I don’t see anyone dropped off stuff. It give me anxiety knowing that my packages will get lost again. Uggggg. We don’t have this problem with our address at Garland,Texas, just the one in Center, Texas, and Lufkin, Texas was the last location that my packages arrived.

I had 2 Packages coming to the Lufkin Location. Called within plenty of time to notify UPS that I will pickup my packages. Instead of making sure both of my Packages will be picked up One is out for delivery the other is marked for pickup. Called the 800 number and was told nonchalantly that I would have to wait for the Lufkin location to call me. I waited and no One called me so now I have to drive to Lufkin for 1 package, while the other will be delivered. Get it together please UPS.

Order Christmas for my grandkids just had surgery so couldn’t shop. UPS said they delivered but didn’t deliver checked my cameras outside so they lied.

They said they delivered a package but did not. I haven’t had this problem since I don’t buy expensive stuff but when I decide to buy a $350 dollar pair of shoes my package is missing. I’ve never had this problem with FedEx. I guess FedEx hires more trust worth people. I opened up a case but have not been contacted by them.Update: apparently the ups driver placed the package outside of my gate and not at the front door like he said he would. Then he or she proceeded to watch my neighbor steal the package. Great delivery by this company. Crazy how they expect to be paid move when they provide this kinda service. Pathetic company this is why I use FedExAlso have not received any kind of compensation from ups or supreme

Package not delivered to my house but tracking # said it was delivered to my porch. Called c.s. which is a waste of time. Lady called at 8:30pm 11.17.22 said she would have someone out in the morning to locate package. It is 9:30am 11.18.22 and I have not seen anyone. Worst delivery service I know. Not the first time only 2or 3 of the last package were found out of 5 or 6
