I need to ship a package. The UPS is supposed to pick it up from my house. The driver will pull up in my driveway then back out. I don’t know he is here till he’s halfway back down the driveway. Driver will quickly beep his truck horn to let me know he’s here if there is a package to drop off. I don’t get truck beep or anything else to let me know he is here. I called customer service. All I get is an automated voice that doesn’t understand what I need nor what I’m saying. This is TOTALLY useless. Yes I’m frustrated and upset.

Was expecting a package on Tuesday, July 23rd. Never arrived, and tracking later showed "receiver has moved". Except that I did not, it is the same address that I have been regularly receiving packages at, up until this week.
Contacted UPS via email that day to instruct them to deliver to that address...no response. Finally reached an agent on live chat on Wednesday, July 24th, who contacted the local facility, and told me that someone from there would reach out by 10:00am. I received a call at 11:00am, and explained the situation. They stated that their delivery truck would not be in my area until Friday the 26th...which was false, as a UPS truck drove right by my house on Thursday, with no delivery. Then today, Friday the 26th, drove by again with no delivery.
At this point, tracking shows delivery on Monday, July 29th...a full six days after estimated delivery...through no fault of my own, but rather some sort of incompetence.

The office is closed until 3pm. After driving 3 hours to get my package they refused to deliver to an access point they wanted me to wait an additional 3 hours while they'll took their siesta. New company policy, refuse ups shipments from now on.

I paid extra for 2 day delivery and they state since some businesses are closed for the holidays, they assumed we were closed too. And on top of that they send me a message saying they tried to deliver but business was closed. Come to find out my package is just sitting inside a delivery truck at their premises. Unacceptable service!! I called customer service and they can't help. And I'm sure I'll get some type of response back saying: We apologize this is not the experience we want you to have send us a message through facebook and whatever else. Substandard service. GET YOUR BUSINESS TOGETHER!!!!

I do not understand how a Supervisor of a UPS facility cannot contact another facility to see where a bag of small items is at!! I was told my package was in a bag and it was last handled in the Willowbrook facility but she can’t call them!!! Customer service is nonexistent with UPS. This was a next day Delivery but now is 2 days late!!

A package of mine is still in a hold status because of an address problem, which is my correct address, but I am being given the run around about why of the address problem, since there were no issues in the past for delivering items to my home at that address.

Terrible service. They never can find my address and they always say "incorrect address". But it is correct and FedEx can always find me. This time they dropped the package at a local UPS Store 77 miles away from me. They are getting worse and worse.

ups delivers ur packages they dont knock on your door nor ring your bell so your package just sits there for anyone to pick it up or the delivery person claims they drop it off and keeps your package for themselves

Not for regular shipping. Go ro the place on the loop across from the mall. My trip and wait was a waste time and they sent me to the packing store.

I spoke to a manager at this facility, who informed me that my iphone that was being delivered from this location was stolen by one of their employees, along with serveral other peoples iphones and packages. This manager did not take inconsideration that this phone has my personal information on it, or the expense of the package, nor seem to be worried that his employees are stealing. Please be aware if you have expensive or personal packages go missing from this location and report with the police department.
