  The office is closed until 3pm. After driving 3 hours to get my package they refused to deliver to an access point they wanted me to wait an additional 3 hours while they'll took their siesta. New company policy, refuse ups shipments from now on.

  I do not understand how a Supervisor of a UPS facility cannot contact another facility to see where a bag of small items is at!! I was told my package was in a bag and it was last handled in the Willowbrook facility but she can’t call them!!! Customer service is nonexistent with UPS.   A package of mine is still in a hold status because of an address problem, which is my correct address, but I am being given the run around about why of the address problem, since there were no issues in the past for delivering items to my home at that address.
