Staff is great - always polite. But lines are long (like 20-30min waits just to drop off an Amazon return) and parking is horrible. Never enough spaces and really hard to get and out of. Given the amount of people who use this business, a location with more parking would make sense. As it is, I only come when there is no other choice.

Requested a package to be delivered the next day, expected the lady to give me the proper shipping. Checked the tracking on the day it was to arrive for it to say it would be delivered the next day. So started looking for a refund policy for late next day deliveries, which is when we noticed the UPS worker only selected “ground shipping” instead of next day delivery, despite that being what was request. Called today to ask for a refund and lady on phone tried saying she couldn’t do that.

I went to the UPS store last week and the customer service was amazing? I was so satisfied with how fast they packaged my Items and trust me I had A LOT of items for them to package and they took care of it so fast! I recommend y'all go here to get your returned items packaged ?

I have had problems with UPS in the past, but this store had totally wiped away those gripes. Each time I come by to send a package, they are swamped, but they work efficiently and expediently. They take care of any issues that arise and know what is needed and what is not. My best experience with UPS was my past delivery driver that moved ? and this store. Great work!

Call prior to driving there for notary services. On 11-28-23 the one and only notary had left for the day before 2:00 pm.

The people in this store are amazing. They are really helpful and despite being busy.. they get it done. After visiting most of the shipping stores in Lufkin. I would say this store is your best bet.

This place is handy to go to. However, they do need to do some training with employees. Specifically to remind them that their job is to perform a service - hopefully in a friendly manner.Sometimes, they act as though they are doing you a favor. It wouldn't hurt them to be a least a little friendly.

I came to the UPS Store to return some items online. I asked a question about how my items would be shipped and the lady working snapped at me like I was just supposed to know that all my packages would be in the same bag. I didn’t know if they would be sent together or separately. I just wanted clarification. They definitely need to hire people or train better customer service skills. I won’t be coming back unless I absolutely have to.

This place has become very busy at times and probably should consider expanding. I have noted people waiting at the door waiting to get in.

The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful, this is the only place i like to go to if i need to ship anything.
