Complete incompetence at this dealership. Went in for an oil change, came out with a broken skid plate and the wrong oil in my 4Runner. They never took responsibility for their mistakes. Not even a sorry. They put 0w-20 in my 4.7L V8 (which takes 5w30) and broke my tabs on my skid plate that Toyota does not make anymore. They said they put the right oil in and just had it wrong on the paperwork but I know they didn't by the way my truck was running, also there was no reason for them to have it wrong on the paperwork. Took it back the next day for them to drain and put the right oil in which took about 3 mins (so not even sure if that was done) but then refused to give me paperwork showing they put the correct oil in. My truck does seem to be running better afterward, but is now leaking oil because they didn't change the crush washer. So not only am I out a skid plate, I paid $95 for it to get broken and the wrong oil, and I will now have to change the oil again to make sure it's the right oil and fix the leak from the crush washer. Made a complaint with Toyota and of course they just chalked it up as me being a difficult customer and refused to compensate me in any way.

Stopped by for an oil change . I was greeted immediately. They wrote up my service and offered options to take me back to work or wait . Every step of the way the loving group was friendly and professional. First time I ever had an oil change and felt like family !

I had a 2021 Tacoma that leaked whenever it rained ever since I bought it. I carried it over to loving Toyota 3 different times to have it fixed but they failed to fix it. Now its leaking again and they won't cover it with the warranty. the $2k extended warranty package I had only covered the powertrain, which was a waste of 2k. DONT BUY from this SHADE TREE ripoff unethical place. You should buy from a real dealership, one that has ethical values...... Guess that's why there are no vehicles on the lot!.

I had a huge run-around with Loving to get my windshield replaced. No one ever called to let me know the windshield had been there for 3 wks. Good enough, I made an appointment and they called my husband to let him know that they gave ME an incorrect estimate on the cost of the windshield. Why not call me, the one who left several messages and called every morning practically to get absolutely no help. Well the cost was double and I quickly let them know to put the old windshield back into the truck and not to touch it. Miraculously, that was not an option according to them. After letting me know how their multi-million dollar company was going to be at a loss, they honored THEIR mistake. I went to pick up the truck and this time I was treated even worse than before. This time they ignored me completely and helped everyone who was standing around. Even asking a guy who was coming out of the bathroom if he needed help. A complete s*it-show. LOL. I get out to the truck and when I got ready to leave the break was pulled to the hilt! I had to tell the Husband to come back and help me release it. There were shards of glass in the seat and console and the dash was filthy. Corporate needs to have a session with Loving to let them know that customers should not have to pay for the mistakes made by Loving. I will not be bringing the truck back to Lufkin. I need my routine checks and changes and will go somewhere else. The trust is broken.

Took my vehicle in to have an issue with one of my doors taken care of. The service we received from the service department was excellent!!! They fixed our issue and the door works great now!!!

This dealer doesn't adjust their prices for market availability like so many other dealers do. That is why they get 2 stars. Buying the vehicle I wanted was a little out of range so I went with a lease on it. New to leasing and all the numbers looked good so I jumped on it. In Texas there are no taxes on a lease. They snuck in a warranty without ever even mentioning it to me. Never asked if I wanted one. When I saw the number I had assumed it was the taxes, since I did not know that at the time. I was furious and had them remove it. Would have been a great experience had it not been for this one crooked move they made. The truck was probably within my means, but they were adding a 1700 dollar warranty to it.Ps: It was an awful warranty that was massively overpriced on a lease vehicle. Added 9k miles to the warranty. That was it.

After searching and searching for a new vehicle and being hit with nasty salespeople and insane prices, Loving Toyota and their staff were AMAZING. I felt confident I was being taken care of by people who genuinely care and getting a good deal at the same time! Even if you're a little far, it is absolutely worth the drive out to see what kind of Toyota they have for you. I got a RAV4 and love it!!!

I had an incident on my trip from Houston, there was smoke and oil leaking rapidly. Loving Toyota in Lufkin, TX was the nearest dealership to me whom I took my vehicle in to get it checked. Upon inspection they determined my rubber oil cooler lines need to be replaced with new metal part. I was told they will replace it with a OEM Toyota part the next day and I had to get an overnight hotel. They were not able to get the part in the same day and complete the replacement. They couldn't even provide me with a loaner. It's been two weeks now and I noticed the gaskets on the replaced oil cooler lines are leaking oil. I called the dealership, spoke to service and parts to confirm if the part was replaced with OEM Toyota part that I was promised and payed for, but they told me no it was replaced with an aftermarket part from O'reilly's. I even have part number document that I was showed by the service advisor and was told that they have ordered me the toyota oem part and will be coming the next morning. I also noticed that all the original oem bolts and clips on the covers underneath my vehicle had been replaced with improper bolts. They did not even put back my correct clips and bolts back on, claiming that it wasn't there before! I have been lied to regarding installing an oem toyota part and regarding all the clips/bolts on the splash shield being missing. They installed an aftermarket oil cooler line instead, but still charging me the price for original toyota parts. On top of that, the aftermarket replacement is already leaking oil from the gaskets.

Toyota does a great job with customer service both over the phone and in person. They are quick to get you in for an appointment and quick to service your vehicle. I look forward to driving a Toyota from here on out.
