Love this place, the buggy and store were clean. Prices are reasonable. They had everything I was looking for. Checkout was fast and easy.

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the only reason I go to Target is for baby clothes. Usually they were pretty accurate into putting the right hanger with the right months on the clothes so I would trust that the hanger was accurate. But lately I've been trying to buy 3 to 6-month clothes and I get home and most of them are 12 months. We have to drive 30 minutes just to get here and now we got to drive another 30 minutes back just to change out these clothes.

Good store, clean, and good staff. Went in for collectibles but like many such stores, they have trouble getting shelves stocked as many items are either old or have not been restocked in months...these are items that they used to have and kept stocked. Don't go back as often due to that, check every two weeks with little change. Not sure if it's due to shipping, employee situation, or both but it gets aggravating as a collector. Maybe soon they'll get it together.

We just moved to Lufkin and generally we love Target. I put in an order for pickup for 12 items that showed to be in stock at this location. Guess how many of my items they were able to fulfill?! ZERO! Really? How about fixing your inventory problem? They gave me the option to order the items for delivery (but it showed these are items they won’t ship) Or I could drive 50+ miles to another Target…no thank you. Canceled order and ordered from Walmart. I won’t be using Target again. Not worth the hassle.

Bought an on the counter ice maker 3 weeks ago. It has stopped working so we took it back to exchange. Got there and the lady at the return counter said they dont do exchanges. She then calls over the security guy who tells us they dont do exchanges and then shows us the policy (see attached) which clearly shows that they do take exchanges. At that point I asked for the manager. He comes over and says, well we will just do a return and then you can re buy it at the NOW price which is $70 more than what you originally paid. NOT. I told them just give me my money back and you have lost a customer for life.

This is a very nice Target. It's a little smaller than a Supercenter is that I'm used to in the Houston Market. The people are friendly here. It gives you that small town feeling. They have a Starbucks here too. They also have a driver to pick up your orders in case you don't wanna shop in store.
