I love Southside Bank on Timberland! The service is second to none in Lufkin. Maria, the branch manager, is great and always helpful. I have used this bank for business and personal loans along with everyday banking. There are other great employees at the branch as well including Nelda and Karina. All the employees provide great customer service and can help you with just about any of your banking needs.

Each employee at this branch is professional and has excellent customer service! Maria helped me secure an auto loan for a new vehicle and the transaction was flawless. Maria was very knowledgeable and answered any question I had along the way. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
