My always perfectly healthy cat was taken there. Found out she had a mild bladder infection. She died 2 weeks later. I didn't know the vet's license was on probation at the time. I spent $600!!! A mild bladder infection shouldn't kill your child!!

My fur babies Absolutely love southern haven's doggy day care and their staff! Everyone is always so helpful and kind. I love getting messages throughout the day with photos of my pups having fun. We also really enjoy that they always come home happy and exhausted from playing all day.

We recently booked with Southern Haven Vet Clinic to put down my old pup, Smokey, from the comfort of our home. She was a 100-lb 15 year old German Shepherd. They were able to fit us in pretty last minute. They showed up in a timely manner, thoroughly explained the process so that we were prepared, and made sure it was as painless and peaceful as possible. It's never easy letting go of a loved one, even if that loved one has 4 legs and is covered in fur. Dr. Emily and her staff are great. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, even with how devastating their job was that day. I would absolutely reach out again the next time one of our sweet furry family members needs to rest and leave us. Something Dr. Emily said: "it takes a lot of love to keep a 15 year old German Shepherd around. She must be so loved" and she was. She still is. Thank you again to all of the staff. You made a heartbreaking experience a little bit better.

Unfortunately we had to let our 13 year old lab mix cross the rainbow bridge, and these people were sooooo nice, caring, and professional. They helped Bear cross over peacefully and surrounded by his parents. Thank yall so much, yall are our new vets! God bless

We had a wonderful appointment with Dr. Emily and her tech's! I have a 110lb GSD and he can be a bit much at times, especially at the doctor's office. They were very patient with him and handled him well.
The Vet Tech came in and went over all procedures and prices to make sure I was okay with everything, so there were no surprise charges at the final cost.
I appreciate all the help that I received at SHVC today! Y'all are awesome!

Dr. Emily and her team are AMAZING! I've been to several vets over the years, but this one is by far my favorite. They are quick to respond to your questions, even after hours. Very caring, loving people. Thank you for taking such good care of our animals!

Had a great overall experience. Gabriela at the front desk was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions over the phone. Despite our last-minute request, she accommodated our dog for a vet visit. The consultation was thorough, with the vet offering valuable resources and providing exceptional care to our Rottweiler. Prices were also reasonable and the text messaging system is a huge PLUS. Highly recommend!

Worst vet I have ever had. My puppy had been sick and I went twice because of how bad he was. Emily prescribed him medicines for absolutely nothing for what was wrong with him. All she did was waste time and do the same tests over and over knowing they were negative. Now my puppy has a 50/50 chance of living because all along he needed surgery. Mind you she calls to update while she’s doing surgery. Absolutely unbelievable and poor excuse of a “dr”
