Paid $15 and got ok wash. Bunch of spots got missed and still dirty after wash . I give 3 just for a woman that meets you upfront and guide you thru the process. Paid for wheel wax and that is what I got.

BEWARE THEY DAMGE SO MANY VEHICLES
Went thru the car wash it damaged the bumper they owned up to the damages being done by the faulty equipment. Filed a police report and filled out their incident forms and took them the 2 quotes they ask for then they decided they wanted to order a bumper and repair it themselves. He didn’t want to file it on the company’s insurance. So we filed on our own and he WILL HAVE TO PAY THEM BACK! Shady crooked people! Taking Months to get the fixed. Very rude staff member she saw this happen to my Jeep and didn’t even tell me! Luckily they do have cameras and they had to own up to the damage.

I love Smitty’s! It’s clean, reasonable, and the towels and all-purpose cleaner provided are great. The staff is usually very friendly and personable. However, I forgot to turn my wipers off last week and the attendant yelled at me and rolled her eyes!
