Clean store and clean parking area. Friendly staff. Found quite few deals on Gap items and fresh fruits. If you happen to do deliveries here, the back of the store can be accessed from the Walmart side ( from 59, turn right on BW Xing, cross Bentwood dr followed by a light left and than a right into the last drive so you can pass the "pick up area" in order to follow the drive around the store to the docs.

went in today to pick up water & a few items , as my usual about 2 times a week . the manager or mangers did not properly prepare for for the 2 hurricanes coming in . they have LIMIT 1 PER COSTUMER on mac & cheese & on tuna but NONE ON WATER . Come on , come on tell me that is not ABSOLUTE CRAZY !especially after watching everyone lose their minds over a cold , sorry covid-19. I feel this store should have been & had time to prepare better & PUT A LIMIT on water . Now for people like me who buys only what is needed for a few days, HAS NONE & the part that just upsets me , is I PAY to shop there . PAY TO SHOP THERE

Where to begin???? Came here because Abeldts said the pediatric nebulizer machine would cost half the price. Sounds good right? Abeldt's kept the original prescription and gave me a copy to bring here. Low and behold the pharmacy wouldn't take a copy prescription for an over the counter machine I can buy on amazon. So delay the care my child is supposed to start immediately until the next day when Abeldts opens up again. First thing at 11am when they open I call the pharmacy to get Abeldts to send the script over for an over the counter machine so my child can start receiving breathing treatments accordingly. Get the text message say it is ready for pick up and get here 2 hours after I received the text message saying it was to be told it will be another 30 minutes. I'm just in utter shock at the incompetent idiots working behind the desk delaying medicine for a sick child. Their licenses should be reported to the board of pharmacy for neglect!

The fact that I got pulled to the side and asked about my membership but they let the other people go on with a Goodmorning welcome to Sam's. An this has happened once before with me so it is kind of pissed me the hell off. Then when I called to address the issue I was put in hold till I got fed up an just hung up the phone.

The service is alright. Never too busy. I say... go anywhere but here if you are a minority. This location hires employees that think it's okay to slash people's tires, call them blackie, and slave, then will turn around and fire you like you are the problem. All they ever want to do is "Investigate", or tell you it's been over 30 days and there is nothing they can do even though they sat on the issue for those 30 days. Guess what? This too has been going on for over 30 days and it is going to cost you. Every manager in that store that thought it was okay to let that woman continue to work with my mother knowing the situation and did nothing, I'm going to make sure you continue to do nothing all the way to the unemployment line. I wonder if the situations were reversed and my mom was white and the lady was black, how far would you have let this go? Damien the store manager you KNEW that woman did not like my mother and for you to allow ANY manager in your store to let them work together is gross negligence on your part and completely unacceptable. There is no excuse that you could give to justify any of this. This is NOT over by any means I will follow this through to the end even if my mother does not it's 2019, there is no longer a place for racism here.

My son had to have a prescription filled and Sam's pharmacy was the cheapest in town, so obviously I tried it. The pharmacist Kelly was absolutely amazing and obviously loves her job. We usually use another pharmacy in town who I won't name but the way she made me feel has made me call my regular pharmacy and switch everything over. She treated to me like I was a valued customer and not like I was bothering her when I asked a million questions. It was a pain free experience and I highly recommend this pharmacy.
