These guys treated me very well. I had a feature that we didn't know existed (my truck acted like it had a car alarm). They were very easy to work with. They explained the issue and then didn't charge me and arm and a leg.

I would like to publicly thank Rush Truck Center of Lufkin, Texas. I stopped in to buy a radiator hose and they put it on for me. Super nice people, unlike most of the Peterbilt dealerships I’ve been to.Randy at the service counter and Hunter in service both were fantastic and very professional. I don’t put my seal of approval on many things/people, but I highly recommend this place!CLASS PAYS

Angels in disguise !! Stranded on a Saturday morning with an a/c bracket problem causing the belt to jump , they graciously accepted to help me out, and refused to take any money for it. I have no words to express my gratitude !! Great people.

The parts guys at this place are very helpful and dependable. Often times they will go above and beyond to make sure you get the parts that you need. If they don't have an answer for you they will definitely keep working to find whatever it is that you are requesting. 10/10.

The parts and service department were 100% the best I dealt with in a long time,the 2nd shift was really great and very helpful, I have a W900 and they tried there best to help me out ,they went above and beyond to help me. I had scheduled a service for my truck and was told they would have the parts I needed before I dropped the truck off. I later learned that one of the parts I had ordered was on back order. I left a list of things to be checked and fixed. And a couple of the items on my list were fixed. I asked for my taillights to be fixed and they “fixed them” and they didn’t work any better then before. They was supposed to adjust my brakes and replace the steer brakes. After two weeks of having the truck with them and $4600 later I get the truck back to only part of my problems fixed. I’ve had to since put my truck back in another shop and have everything rush did gone through again and fixed correctly. I’m dissatisfied in their conduct and professionalism. The staff was very rude and didn’t seem like they cared about the customer service they are supposed to be providing. I will not come back to this establishment or any other rush truck center if this is how they conduct business. Very poor and I will not be back or recommend them to anyone and I will steer people away from this branch.
