Pros: the salon is very clean and can accommodate lots of people, the atmosphere is really nice.
Cons: my technician did a very inconsistent ombre on my nails and didn't seem too pleased with doing my nails. She was sighing and audibly expressing that the nails I requested were tiresome for her. The shape and length was different for each nail, some were lopsided and there was leftover acrylic under my nails. She was nice but clearly not having a good day. I paid $75 (before tip) for these nails so I expected better quality. The last photo on my review is what I requested.
I would still recommend this salon.

I had a great first experience, tho the next one was rather pricey and the person I had was kinda rough as well as difficult, I had a simple design I wanted on 2 finger nails and they made a huge fuss over it and made me wait to get a new person to do them after finally figuring their stuff out. The nails weren't exactly what I wanted but they look good.

Great nice relaxing environment. Sweet staff! Great location! Had pedicure and manicure completed. Also have used them for lash services in the past, they are great for that too.

Stylist: Really like that I could make appointment online Was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk. Not very welcoming...wash your hands and sit there. Sophie went right to work and paid attention to detail. I will certainly request her again. The salon is beautiful and professional. I mentioned that to the man behind the counter as I left. He seemed uninterested.

I have used their services before, but today was my last time. First, I am black and I was made to feel like a second class citizen. I was placed in a back area with no other customers. But, the four other caucasian customers that came in with me were seated in the front area. The person doing my nails, (Emily) rushed through my nail application as if she was trying to get rid of me. They later seated a black man beside me. When I checked out with my short nails, they charged me $5.00 for choosing an oval shape and $5.00 for "long" nails which I didn't have. When I questioned these charges, I was told my nail length was calculated from my cuticle to the nail tip which was approximately 1/2 inch. Not very long and I have never been charged for choosing a shape. I would not recommend this shop, especially if you are African American. I am attaching a photo of my "long"nails. I usually don't publicly complain, but this was infuriating to me and I had to speak up. Whether you agree or not, this is my experience.

Me and my niece went into Rose nails. I got dip and it’s peeling after three days. My niece got shellac by Vin and he cut her cubicles so short on four of her fingers, we will not be back

I had a great experience. I set my appointment ahead of time and when I got there, they got me right in. Lien worked on my manicure and nail color and she took my photo inspo and made it her own and it looked so good and colorful just like I wanted it. My pedicure was also great and even though I had to stay after close (my nails took longer because of the design) the lady took her time and did not make me feel unwanted. Highly recommend.

I am so satisfied with my nails. He was very nice and gentle. And the picture I went in there with that I wanted was met spot on. I will definitely be going back. So happy
