August 6, 2024. I'm adding new review regarding losing my sweet Hunter Boy last month, he was 12-3/4 yrs old.. Pineywoods sent us a beautiful sympathy card with Hunter's final paw print. Thank you guys! ? ?.
Love this place. The doctor & staff are great, very accommodating with schedule. I highly recommend bringing your pets here. ?

Dr. Hafernick cares about animals and it is very evident. He cares about the owners concerns and helps put them at ease. He has been spot on with my fur babies and does his best to help all situations. Highly recommend and his staff is equally awesome. Very good with the animals.

Always received good care for our pets…however…recently when I questioned charges on the bill after a visit…Dr Hafernick got offended and stated he felt as if I didn’t “trust” him, or “had no confidence in him” and asked us to find another vet. That is such a strange reaction to wanting explanation of the fees. (By the way…Dr Brittany Register is wonderful!)

I can’t fully put into words how thankful I am for the care that Dr. Register provided my Ellie Mae. We had a diagnosed gastro emergency/issue that was not resolving and I felt like I was not getting the follow up and answers I needed from other vet clinics and it was very scary to see my pup struggle to get better. I called Pineywoods to get a second opinion and the staff immediately put me on the phone with a tech who told me to bring her right in. Dr. Register not only listened to every symptom and concern but she actually addressed every single thing and took a very proactive approach to get to the bottom of what was happening. She was so kind and I was very impressed with the way she wanted to approach it as I felt it was very comprehensive. That comprehensive care continued and she made herself available to me for updates so we could take the best next step. You can tell she really cares about her patients and their humans and I’m so thankful for her and the techs and desk staff at this clinic. Needless to say I will be establishing my pup with this vet moving forward and feel so much better knowing my pup is in good hands where I can actually access the vet in times of need.

I transferred here from the local "vet hospital"
I am always happy with my visit. They don't hold your pets information or prescription diets or medications hostage. The entire staff is pleasant to deal with. The prices are fair. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

These Vets are second to NONE! Kind, compassionate and very personable and always address my dog by her name. I even purchase my dog's prescription food at the office, because their prices are comparable to all the online purchase options. And the staff? They are always friendly, attentive and look like they actually enjoy their job. I recommend this office 100%!

Dr Hafernick has seen my Golden retriever twice and has been extremely thorough. He goes through all my concerns and makes sure my pup gets the best care. We can't recommend him enough and are so happy we found Pineywoods.
