Decent on the outside!! Horrible on the inside. Only two showers were available the rest are out of order. I waited 1 hour 30 mins to shower. The showers aren’t clean they are old dirty leaking ceiling no fans in the restroom. By far the worst pilot truck stop I’ve ever been too. ?♂️

This store will fool you. If you’re a truck driver don’t waste your time! For starters there’s NO free parking. All paid…. The store itself is pretty modern and appears clean. But the showers are TERRIBLE. Very outdated compared to rest of the store and there’s hair and funk all over. Not cleaned properly. And that’s IF they’re all working. This is not a one time experience. I’ve unfortunately had to stay here 3 separate occasions and had the same experience each time. I was going to add shower pics of the filth but I was just ready to get out quick as possible.

The night manager (woman) definitely will kick people out of reserved spots. This is amazing, seems like she wears a ton of hats at this establishment. 5 stars for upholding us drivers who think ahead and actually pay for it .

Came here for shower and dinner. After holding my breath through that nasty bathroom, I completely lost my appetite! Every corner of the shower, including the hallway leading to it was disgusting to say the least! No way was I gonna consume any food off this property! Hair all over the floors, wastebasket full of someone else’s trash, ceiling leaking water from the “ventilation” vent! How is this place still in business? And clearly this has been going on for months cause just look at the other reviews! My god Pilot ???

"PARK YOUR TRUCK,COME INSIDE AND GET A CLEAN HOT SHOWER".Never heard it at the Lufkin Pilot,and I know why.Showers are nasty and luke warm water.Keep Truckin!!!!!

Horrible shower, dirtiest I’ve ever had so far. Had them clean it before I could even shower in what was supposed to already be clean. Only cleaned shower even after I asked, and everything else was nasty also. roof leaked and had black mold growing on it. Do not recommend. We as truckers pay for these showers and it was a complete nasty disaster that we should not have to deal with!

Rating 4.1? People, are you kidding? Were you in the shower, in the toilet? There is a fungus on the walls and on the ceiling. This station can be sued because you can't breathe that air. I'm afraid to imagine what's going on in the kitchen…

I stopped here for the night. I went to shower. I waited for a "clean" shower. I was standing in the store and watched the guy just take the used towel and wipe the floor and nothing else. The sink had used soap in it and the toilet had "stuff" In it, and the toilet seat was nasty. Thankfully I grabbed an extra towel and cleaned it myself. I always carry sanitizer for nasty places like this.

This is a very nice travel center. It has a Moe's Southwest Grill inside. I haven't seen one of these restaurants in a long time since they moved out of Houston many many years ago. They have a lot of different types of merchandise to choose from. They got a pretty good food selection. There's also a Lonestar Charley's family restaurant inside. The manager asked me why I was taking pictures and I told her it was for a Google review. I don't see what the big deal is but whatever. Hey Miss manager, I left you a positive review just like I said I would. ???
