Under new management which new manager is Chris, he's very friendly, knowledgeable and willingness to satisfy customer. The manager of this location has major respect issues. The man is disrespectful towards customers with verbal tone and degrading speech. I am a betting man and with that said I'd be willing to bet a very large sum of money that this manager does the same towards other employees and then when he gets off he goes home to beat his wife. The manager name is Gilbert and is the MOST disrespectful employee I have ever dealt with in the auto industry, this guy should definitely NOT be an employee much less a manager.

I came in to get a battery replaced in the morning. Was just me and the workers in their. Me and one other worker was the only white people in there, now you may think that a stupid thing to point out but bear with me. The white worker was bringing a battery somewhere and had accidentally dropped it. The Mexican lady's irking uttered "only white people" and her two co workers laughed. Right in front of me. Great way to start my morning.
