Not happy took truck in to get battery tested was told battery test just like new and no problem with alternator must be ignition switch. Went to two other parts stores in town both said battery bad and alternator good. A week later got stranded at Home Depot battery dead. So I bought one there. It's been two and a half weeks and never a problem holding charge starts great. Was also told by salesman at Napa that it's a common fallacy that the alternator charges the battery it just holds the charge if battery charge goes down must use battery charger to recharge battery Never do business with Lufkin Napa again.

I give it three stars cuz it has a lot of things that we need for our motors I won't give it five because it's a corporation and they don't take care of their people very well or the American people for that matter so yeah another corporation however the people they have working in Lufkin are good men and women and they treat us very very good

Great place to get parts, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They truly take the time to help you make sure you're getting what you need for majority of parts and tools for your auto repair needs.

Worst place ever they will not help you they do not care and the Spanish ladies working there are extremely rude. I would highly recommend going to AutoZone or anywhere else before you think of Napa they will not have the parts you need if they do the order but you'll never receive them even though you can pay for them be very careful do not trust them they are thieves.
