The store manager spent almost 2 hours with my wife and I to give us the best service and most affordable price for our budget. He went above and beyond and kept his word. Definitely 5 star service!

Ali was very helpful today. I had previously went in and gotten a screen protector later realizing it was the wrong one. I went back a few days later and they got me a new one for know charge and put it on for me. Everyone in the store was very nice and very helpful! Thank you guys. So glad i switched. I totally recommend this store for your mobile phone needs and accessories!

I cannot believe how we were treated here.The first issue is that both of the gentlemen here were very lazy and didn't seem like they wanted to help us. One of them was lounging around, reclined in a chair. The other was difficult to understand and he genuinely seemed to have no idea what he was doing.We came here to get Dad's phone number switched from his old phone to his new phone. After 30+ minutes, I started getting upset, especially when they charged us $30 for something I could have done for free online if the website wasn't down.Not to mention that the main guy here, who is apparently a regional manager, was SO rude! It was like he didn't want us to come here! And he tried up selling us on all sorts of stuff. He tried to sell the same phone that I already have and wanted Dad to buy a different phone from them. Obviously for commission.I am SO disappointed in this location, and in Metro overall. We've been with them for three years, and we used to be able to easily transfer numbers over the phone. Now it's all about getting the maximum amount of money out of you. I absolutely will not be back at this location, and, if another carrier offers Amazon Prime, we'll probably be switching.

I’ve been a customer over 5 years and recently my phone got cut off for $3 I go inside the store to pay and they don’t pay my whole bill then have customers waiting in the lobby because they only have one computer it’s ridiculous how they said my husband phone had a piece to hook up too tv it’s just a charger cord I didn’t appreciate my visit today I have two jobs and if I can’t pay my phone on my break what is the point of having a local store

I want to thank Sam at the metro store for being really nice and understanding above normal. I'm not a easy customer simple because of mental issues. And I want him to have all the credit for being extra understanding with hard customers. It's people like that lets me know it ok to go outside of my home not everyone is as understanding.

Had to go pay my bill and the store was closed when they should've been open.. Drive to another location told them the problem I was having paying my bill on phone or auto pay and the issue is on there end not mine. But they still charged me 5 dollars to pay at store when It's there fault!!! Not happy with them!!
