So rude first of all my phone wasn't working so I went to the store. The two boys in there were yelling back and forth on who was going to fix it. Then when I still was asking questions the guy walked away. Such a waste of money to use metro you just lost an 10 year customer

Phone broke and i had to buy a new one but couldnt get it switched over for 2 days because they wouldn't do it over the phone and it cost me another $24 to activate it.

MetroPCS has horrible products that are continuingly malfunctioning. Customer service and store employees are extremely unhelpful and refuse to assist in customer relations. I have endured racial slandering by MetroPCS employees, and am overall extremely dissatisfied with Metro's service, employees, and products.

This store never answers there phone and they hang the phone up so they don't have to talk to you. Metro said they would do something about it but nothing still has been done about it
