She asked what we were looking for and allowed us to look at different pieces of furniture. Yazminn made some suggestions to look at based on what we told her. She allowed us to feel comfortable with touching the fabric, sitting on the furniture, and asking questions. She actively listened to us, and she made a suggestion she thought we might like to look at. We did not purchase anything that day, but we did buy pieces another day.
