They are the Worst in Lufkin, Like the worst!
The building smell like mildew, there is no air !
The owner, which is the dad gone over charge you && cut your skin .
The daughter Swan is back & she is rude as ever , she does not have any customer service , she hate doing pedicure so she definitely not going to do her job correctly. They dont even deserve 1 star… I will be reporting them to the health department !

Chris is amazing. ? update the younger lady with glasses is rude as hell. Told me leave and come back another day Because Chris isn’t here today .. I was like well anyone can glue the lashes back on she looked me dead in my face and told me “take it off and come another day” Like be fr what’s why whole point of you working? Kept insisting that I come back another day. She really almost got cursed out. Because don’t tell me to take them off and come back be fr I’m paying ! Won’t be going back unless Chris is available .

I was supposed to be getting the Pearl Luxury Spa. let's just say there was nothing luxury about my experience. The nail tech that was doing my services was unfamiliar with what all was included in the services. which started confrontation with him and another employee. They argued back and forth. My nail tech started to take his frustration out on my feet... I left paying a $20 fee after only having my feet soaked in water. Never going back!!! Rude and very unprofessional setting.

Went in wanting very simple nails. I let the guy talk me into an entirely different design. I wasn't upset with it at first until he changed the colors I wanted half way through. At the end of it I hated my nails and ended up going to get them changed somewhere else a few days later

Absolutely horrible. The man who did mine must think this is a sick joke? First red flag was the fact that he was very aggressive with my hand and was rushing through it. I confronted the shape about them TWICE and still was no fix. Nails were so wonky and un even, never again will i go here. Once we got done i tried to ask him to fix it and he raised his voice i couldn't really understand what he said but i know i didnt like it. Will not be going back. Horrible person and horrible service watch out for a older man with glasses if you do decide to go. Can't believe this place is even allowed to be open... Thank god i didn't have somewhere special to be.

Went in to get a manicure and pedicure, and had a reference photo for the manicure design I wanted. I asked for a specific nail tech that i had been recommended by a friend, but the older male that actually ended up doing my manicure told me no, and that it would take too long for me to wait for her after my pedicure was done. My pedicure came out alright and the girl who did it was sweet, but the design on my manicure by the male came out sloppy and the acrylic was lumpy and too thick. One of my nails came out looking crooked as well, and I ended up with a small cut on one cuticle. I kept getting the sense that he was rushing, even though the entire visit took almost three hours. At the end of it I just wanted to get out of there so I said nothing about the condition of my nails.Services: Pedicure

Worst place ever I asked for pink with white tips but got a French instead. Not neatly done at all. One hand had more acrylic than the other. My manicure was rushed and half done. When I brought it to the manicurist attention she was rude and disrespectful. I will never go back. Only good thing is the guy at the desk refunded me on my nails after soaking them off.Services: Pedicures

Maaaaan this nail salon is GHETTOOOO? my husband and I came in for pedicures and the man who greeted us, started arguing with another nail tech that said the man basically stole his customer. They argued for a good 30 minutes about it and the results of our pedicures were HORRIBLE. The guy that greeted was the one who did our pedicures and he was doing all kinds of towel tricks like throwing them in the air and such, but his work was absolutely horrible, and my husband was unhappy with his results. The salon seemed unsanitary like they didn’t clean as much as they should. The ONLY reason we stayed was because they’re practically the only folks open on Sunday. We never went back but the show we got was an interesting one. I just don’t recommend them to anyone.Service: Pedicure

When i went in i wasnt greeted or anything. The guy who did my nails took like 3 smoke breaks!! And the acrylic nail tip broke off the next day!

Worst nails I have ever gotten… you do indeed pay for the price. Most unsanitary nail salon I’ve ever been to. Nails literally popped off instantly. Did not get near as close to the nails I wanted. The woman who did my nails cut my fingers too many times. She clearly did not know what she was doing..Services: Pedicures
