Loving Toyota’s commitment to customer service is why I’ve bought two vehicles from them and my family has bought 3. They treat their customers with respect and they are very professional and courteous. I appreciate so much their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. I’ve been highly satisfied with this dealership for 9 years. Shout out to Jared in finance who gets the job done quickly. He found I’ve overpaid for a service and I had a refund check within three days!!!!! If you buy a Toyota, you absolutely should purchase it from Loving!!!

I’ve worked for car dealerships since 1993, David Foreman is an excellent service advisor. Oil change & tire rotation and inspection took less than 45 minutes! The staff was very courteous and professional . Highly recommend this dealership!!

We had a hassle-free experience buying our new Land Cruiser from Ben Guerrero at Loving Toyota. We had our eye on a specific trim and spec. Dealers we visited in the Austin area tried to pressure us into buying a different trim, or were charging way over MSRP. We made the 200 mile drive out to Loving to get the exact vehicle we wanted, and for no markup! The vehicle was ready to go when we got there, and the financing process was a breeze. Thank you!

Great customer service. Took my car in for oil change, during the inspection they found a small leak in the tire which they patched up no charge. Very nice of them!

Thank you so much, Corey the Service Manager and staff....we were a new customer...we are Toyota people.
We had gotten gas at a gas Station in Lufkin..a few minutes later our truck was not running right..
Yes. Water in the gas..
Called the next day to Loving Toyota..
Spoke with Corey, the Service Manager.
Had our Tundra towed to the dealership.
The mechanics and staff got right on it..
Had it back the next day..
Thank You again for your courtesy and fast service.
Charges very reasonable .
This will be our new dealership for service.

The dealer appraised my car for a $165 labor fee. let me wait 3 hours. and said that I need to go to the body shop for this error. So nonsense. lol. Bad day.
