Due to unforeseen circumstances, i was driving my husbands 2020 Titan while he was working out of town when the check engine light came on so i took it to Loving Nissan only to have the bulldog at the service desk ask me if i had an appointment? um no if i had known the check engine light was going to come on i would have made one.. she would not even allow the technicians to look at my truck. went to the service manager and he promised me a call the next day to try to get the truck in and no one has called me yet.. took it to PELTIER NISSAN IN TYLER they got me right in and got the issue diagnosed and fixed in 2 days.. LOVING NISSAN HAS THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY..... take your car ruck to tyler!!!!

My 2013 Nissan Altima was diagnosed with a broken door inside the air conditioner/heating unit mounted inside the dash. I ordered and paid for the part ($930.66) April 13, 2023. At the same time the service department schedule the work for the 24th. I dropped off car as I knew it would take 2 - 3 days since it is an 11 hour job. ($1600.00) Four days later I called to see if it was about done. Waited several hours for a "Call Back" that never came! So I drove to dealership and was told they hadn't started on it BUT they would get to it. Then on the evening of April 1st. (8 whole days later) I called BUT again after waiting for, yet another, Call Back that never came, so I drove to dealership and was told that they hadn't started nor knew when they would. I decided to get a refund on the part and take my business elsewhere.

I wouldn't give them 1 star but I want people to read and be aware that these people are not mechanics or service techs. I have had my Nissan Titan since June 2022 and it's been back over there seven times for the same issue, still not fixed. Stayed over there one time for 5 to 6 weeks. They replaced the whole service department a few months after I purchased the truck and now they need to replace this one also. They gave me a loaner that smelled like cigarette smoke and I don't smoke. When I got my white truck back after it not being fixed, they changed the oil while they had it. There was grease marks all around the front wheel well and good area. Totally unproffesional.

I have purchased my last 4 cars at this dealership and have always trusted them but now their service department makes me wonder. This week we took our '22 Pathfinder in for an oil change and tire rotation only to be told that we need new tires and new brakes.... Uhhhhhh. This is our 3rd Pathfinder and we never have had any brake issues and not within the first 20k miles, and new tires in the same amount of time? On 50k tires? My own tire gauges don't jive. Something is off, way off. Taking it to another Nissan dealer and an outside family mechanic in Houston this weekend.
