Females if u are taking your car here for oil changes make sure you know how to check ur oil because it's being drained and none is going back into it they will charge u and u never got it...I know for a fact it wS done to me on 1/25 but didn't realize until my car wS making loud noises so just good I know how to check mines so heads up check yo oil before u leave there

I recently purchased a new 2024 Honda Pilot TrailSport from Loving Honda in Lufkin. Caleb worked with their inventory manager to find one with the exact specs I wanted from another dealer and then they traded for it. We negotiated an extremely fair price for the vehicle and they gave us a fair market price for our trade in. We did all of the negotiations over text and email since we live about an hour away. Caleb was very responsive and never seemed annoyed by my questions. The atmosphere in the dealership is very unlike most I have been in. It is extremely laid back and no pressure. They did not shuffle us off to a finance manager to do a hard sell on extended warranties, etc. Our sales guy (Caleb) presented our options clearly and concisely and allowed us to choose with zero pressure. We signed all paperwork in his office. When my car arrived from the other dealership with a bubble in the window tint, they immediately acknowledged it and had it fixed. They went above and beyond and I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone to them.

I'll never bring my car back to this dealership with concerns and trust issues of my first and last visit, not everything was done as said on my invoice. Instead of doing what was asked they up-saled me some air filters( I mean mine as well they already took them out) I would highly recommend having your vehicle checked with a trusted mechanic before showing up at this place, they are no better than your regular local rip off mechanics.

Took my 2013 honda fit there this morning to get an oil change, not realizing all that they would do extra like checking the car out from bumper to bumper they were the cheapest place in town and being that it is a Honda and an older Honda. I felt safer taking it to the dealer and save money. They were courteous. They even found a coupon for money off for me. Their work was impeccable..plan to go back for all my maintenance

We have bought 4 Hondas from loving Honda over the years. Today the managers of the Parts department, service department and I think the general manager met my wife when she was upset. First, I've been married to her 44 years and I have learned how to deal with her when she believes she has been wronged. Today Honda managers learned. From what I hear, they did an outstanding job at understanding why she got upset. We were loading groceries and anything else we bought on the back seat due to our hatch motor not working. This includes cases of bottled water. I admit it was pretty difficult being up in age as we are. But I sold auto parts for 15 years and she for about 7. She knows how to find parts, and she did find it. The part for her car. She called and yelled at Chris in service( sorry Chris). He did fantastic with her. They all agreed with her on every gripe she had. That did it. When she came home she was so happy. Those men had made her feel good about Lovimg Honda again. Guys, I'll take it from here. I just want to thank you for being understanding with her. Don't worry I'll do my best to buy our next Honda from y'all. If you'll let us. By this time next week she will have forgotten all about it, I'll see to it. Thanks again, and I apologize for any bad feelings. Happy thanksgiving and merry Christmas to you all. Harry P.

The service department is horrible. I understand being short staffed, but they didn't diagnose the issue and fixed something small to get me out the door. Service manager wasn't willing to help out just wanted to put me back on the schedule. All I wanted was for them to hear the problem I initially came in for, but he was not willing to do so. Just said they are not able to do anything for me. Sad that I have to go to a dealership out of town to help fix my car. I called a different dealer and they said they would get me in right away. Horrible business model.

Great service. I know enough about vehicles to know when they are lying to me, and they were the most honest techs I have met. They were short handed that day and I was offered a discount for my time without even asking!Service Advisor Chris is great! Thank you again Chris for your great customer service!

They refused to sell to us or let us test drive a vehicle because we lived more than an hour away. Sounds like complete discrimination to me! Ridiculous.
