They give u 30 days warranty and if something happens to your vehicle they keep giving you the run-around until that warranty is over keep saying they are booked each week they do not help you better hope that drive shaft holds up on that Denali lol

I wish they had understanding and work with their customers, I've been struggling these past couple of months but I still managed to make sure I paid my note. One minute they'll work with you and the next minute they won't! I didn't have all the money for my note but I did have at least half like I was told to have and when I tried to make the partial payment it was a different story, even when I've seen ugly NEGATIVE none true things about this car lot I've always sided for them and backed them up 100% and I just needed them to just help me just once but no! I understand business is business but I've heard from others who've purchased or leased a car from here tell me they'll work with me but yet nothing ? I pray they'll find it in their hearts to really give me a chance and cut me some slack. I'm really am trying my best . But if you're looking for a decent vehicle then you should definitely shop here.

I’d give 0 stars if i could. i went to get my things out of the vehicle the car was completely empty. They STOLE my driver’s license, purse, wallet, social security card & other important documents. As well as shoes, books, perfumes & misc. When I brought this to they’re attention they claimed someone could have jumped the wall and taken my things. I called an officer out & they lied straight to his face. They are a horrible place to go get a car from & cars are ridiculously overpriced anyway. Don’t go here unless it is your absolute last option

Doing your research is invaluable especially when opting to purchase a used vehicle. The overall most dependable cars are made by Toyota and Honda and their subsidiaries Lexus and accura while Toyota and Ford respectfully make the most reliable trucks. Sticking with these brands will not negate your vehicle being free from mechanical issues but, will greatly improve your chances of not paying a hefty price when something does go wrong as parts are less expensive and have a tendency of not wearing out as fast. I bought a 2012 f 150 from lone star motors and after the test Dr discovered it had a faulty radiator cooler. Josh and his mechanical team replaced the raditor the sensors the cooler, and flushed everything repeatively to ensure every bit of the old fluid was drained before adding the new trains oil in. This has to to be done correctly and it was, I haven't had any issues afterwards. It's normal to have a little anxiety when spending 1000s on a car and then something happen, but it happens. In my experience the folks at LSM will take care of you if something does go wrong, and if it's not covered by your warranty, they even offer financing for the labor after you buy the part. So do some research know what common problems your used car might have and if something does go wrong know you're in good hands at lone star. I got my 2010 Lexus RX 350 in 2020, never had any problems and been around the United States. The best car I’ve ever had! I see people complaining about used cars is very crazy! I mean most used cars DO NOT come with warranty (maybe 30days) people don’t read the paperwork! When you take the car off the lot that car is now your responsibility to fix! Don’t slander someone or a USED CAR DEALERSHIP because your car messed up the cars are as is!Everyone there is so nice and helpful!Today I took my sister to buy a car from them. the process was easy and Darion got her in and out!!Can’t forget about Mrs.Maria she is a Doll!Thank You LoneStar Motors!

They stole all of my stuff! The stuff for my own personal business, my check book, I had money in that truck, my clothes, bbq put, my kids stuff. And so much more. Somehow they think it’s ok to supposedly throw all of someone stuff “away”. Guess what? That is not legal! This isn’t the only thing they did but if I explained all I will be here for a year.

I came here after a ton of research and a bad experience at the Honda dealership in town. I honestly did not have high expectations considering they are a buy here, pay here. However, they exceeded my expectations.The ladies in the office were friendly, answered my 1000s of questions, and were patiently with me as I test drove about 4 cars. They had a wide selection of used cars to choose from. They are used cars and they all had some flaws but ran pretty great. I ended up settling on this Nissan Rogue.Paperwork was done quickly and it was probably the fastest car buying process I have ever gone through. The longest part was my own car insurance agency taking forever.I did address a noise we heard in the car while on the test drive and the owner was nice enough to go ahead and schedule me in to get it checked out and fixed for free- awesome considering it was not included in my warranty!They also offered affordable comp & collision. The best part is that they were able to beat the rates I was offered at the Honda dealership (25% interest, 500 a month, 3800 down)I walked out with $2750 down, 440 a month, and a lot lower interest! Definitely worth checking out. I only wish that they reported to the credit bureaus monthly. :)Other than that a great experience, got all info up front, and feel great about my purchase!
