Not recommended. I took my 2016 Kia Sedona to get a some warranty work, sliding door and rear hatch problems fixed. I was told the parts alone were going to be over $800 and then with labor we were looking at around $1400. I declined to spend that and was charged $200 for the diagnostics.I researched the dealership recommended parts online and they were $365. I took them to my local mechanic to get then replaced for $250.The problem is that parts have been replaced but my problem still persists. So I was either lied to about the parts at the dealership or they are extremely inept. Quite possibly a combination of both. Either way I will never go back.Caveat emptor.

Worst service I ever had in my life!! I took my 2011 Kia Sorento in January 2023 due to an oil leak. I paid almost 1,000 $ to get it repaired. I was then told that valve gasket need to be change due to breaking during oil pan leak repaired and it was out of stock and they were looking for it. It took them 7 months to start looking after I called headquarters and reported. Then I was told that valve gasket had been discontinued but they will keep looking other places. I had to call to get updates on my car and I was not able to get a rental from the dealer during all this 9 months of waiting. Tuesday October 3 I went to pick up my Kia after I was told that valve gasket had been found and Kia was ready for me. The manager told me, that the engine light on was on. I told the manager I was not going to take it until it got repair because I have brought the Kia 9 months ago without an engine light on. Today I finally got my Kia back and guess what? The oil pan still broke and leaking!!!I can’t believe my eyes!! The engine light is off but all my other lights still on!! I know my Kia Sorento is a 2011 but never had any problems until now. I trusted a dealer to be transparent with me and I was wrong. I tell my story so other people can be aware and cautious when taking you vehicle here. Here’s the oil pan leaking. I don’t know what the blue arrow on oil pan means but assume it points where the crack is because is where is leaking.
