I took my Tahoe in for routine oil change and filter. I added tire rotation It was completed within a timely manner. Every staff member was very nice and could answer all my questions.

Was very honest and accommodating when my Trans went out, My car was in Aamco and they upped the R and R when GMs unit price was less and I bought the Trans from JM
When I told them how I was being treated, they offered to lower their install price but Aamco had their hand too far in my pocket to change. I'll use JMs service dept on future repairs.

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. I bought my Truck in April 2024. The sales woman was great. She is no longer there. The service visits have been terrible experiences except for 1 out of 3 so far and I'm not sure I'll be back. 3 more free service visits arent worth a 2 hour minimum wait each time on 1 vehicle, employees that dont know how to return phone calls, stealing money out of my truck, or having multiple technicians under your hood for a water pump and no one adding coolant back to the truck causing it to start to overheat on the hour drive back home.

With my recent debacle at another local gmc dealership in town, I was forced to go to JM Chevrolet. Reluctant at first, they quickly gained my trust. Their service department is the absolute best that I’ve ever had to deal with. Their knowledge and willingness to help us with this issue has surpassed any expectations that i could ever imagine. And a special thanks to Jeremy and Peter for literally walking us thru this, step by step. Thanks again guys!
