We happily purchased a comfy recliner today at Ivan Smith Furniture in Lufkin, TX!
James Andrade is our salesperson, & what an asset he is to the store!
James anticipates the needs of his customers- he really cares & wants to serve by finding a chair thats comfy, beautiful, & in your price range.
With his guidance (& patience), after 3 days of deliberating, we finally made the right choice!
James ordered a new style of chair to give us a varied choice in power recliners.
He still felt the larger chair was best suited for me, & he was right! It also had lower arm rests, adding to the comfort factor.
James Andrade showed a competent knowledge of the furniture, & great instinct for matching our needs with a fine quality chair.
He also gracefully balanced guiding us & attending other customers.
Mr. Andrade made shopping with Ivan Smith a pleasure, & saved us the dreaded trip to Houston.
Because we shopped locally, we saved time, money, & yet it allowed us to take the necessary time to make a careful & well informed decision.
