No more temporary cards if you lose yours. Then locked out of online banking and cannot talk to anyone at emerald financial. Impossible ,until new card arrived. Changing banks

Appointment at 5pm , it’s took 3 hrs AND DINT EVEN GET TO FILE !!Just as we are about to wrap up our return , the manager shuts down the server . Causing all the computers to crash . If that person would have just wanted 3 minutes , we would have been able to file .. interested here we are looking for another place to do our taxes. Worst experience

Appointment at 5:30, waited until 5:50. Asked the very unfriendly assistant if anyone was free and the response was no after I had to ask again (out of three tax pros only one was busy). Only reason for the two stars is last year’s experience was a pleasant quick experience.
