Casey and Sandi are two of the kindest people. They regularly contribute to community events, and always do what they can to be involved and help out. They have a great gym family that's supportive and uplifting. I'd highly recommend for anyone to check them out who has fitness needs and goals!

Great gym option in Lufkin. Ninja course and obstacles are great for spicing up your training. 24/7 access. Weights, treadmills, etc. as well. Weekly classes too!

Fitt Life is the best gym in all of Lufkin! It is the only gym that has outside obstacles and even has obstacles for kids too! This is a great family gym and I can't wait to go back!

One of the greatest training facilities I ever been too the trainers are great they take a very personal approach to your workout and getting the best results you desire and will push you as far as you want to go it really helps to have a great motivator behind you when you are struggling to push through the workouts themselves added bonus the obstacle course is very challenging but so much fun nothing like anything else in town
