The gym is 24/7 access and great vibes all around. Staff is friendly, approachable and great, and members felt comfortable asking for a spotter from other members when needed. The location in Lufkin is good equipment, free weight options, body scanning and super clean. It is a awesome gym to visit, a forever gym for moving. The staff is great and the equipment is great.

Awesome gym to visit if you’re in the Lufkin area! We come up to visit family all the time and this will definitely be our gym away from home from now on! Great equipment, good location and awesome people!
