They changed the prices on items we bought; claimed it was an error but never corrected the price. I will likely be reporting them to the state for their shady dealings. If you like being cheated, this is the perfect place for you. If you want, honest and fair dealings, I suggest you find a different place.

I pawned a Xbox Series x and bought it back on layaway before it was on the floor, and when I paid for it in full I realized someone was playing the Xbox while it was in the pawn shop. How do I know this ? Because someone else’s games were in my library of games , my profile was also removed from the Xbox , also my Remote was brand new . And it had the back piece when I got it back it wasn’t returned with the back piece of the remote. Also they wouldn’t even let me pawn it without it. So If this is how they treat my things I will no longer be returning.

Pawnbroking 101. Dont make 2 mistakes out of 1. If you loan too much and have to sell it, putting it out for more than it’s worth isn’t solving your problem, it’s just creating another one. Could have gotten rid of 1 mistake by selling for what it’s worth and being done, but chose to keep 2 mistakes on the shelf. It will age and become 3 mistakes. Yikes. Make it make sense. Anyway, the guy who helped me was nice and helpful. I ended up buying a newer item for just about the same I was offering for the older one they had.. Manager needs training.

They are really rude they think that you don't know your stuff when they switch it out like come on people going to know they stuff form other people stuff. Normally they have good attitudes an try to work with people but now nah go somewhere else if you don't want your stuff switched

Everyone is always so nice. And willing to help this is the only pawn show I’ll go to. As soon as you walk in the a ready to help you find what your looking for. They don’t leave you standing there waiting for help like the other places do. BRANDI the manager is amazing and has a great personality

the staff are good at getting u the most for ur items but the store is looking like a garage sale not a buisness...the manager brandy is extremely rude and lacks customer skills...she sold us a gun that was reported stolen so we had to deal with that issue on top of loseng the gun and the we paid for it...she is just horeible at her job and will make up policies as she goes...neware when is working u might get screwed also...
