The place is dirty, water all over the floor, several machines including the coin are not working. I had to drive around to get to a bank so I could get quarters.Once I did the largest washer took my money, but registered that the door was open. It refused to correct itself and to return my money.There was no one in the office and when I tried calling all 3 numbers no one answered. Two of the lines stated "the person is not accepting calls at this time". The third stated "the voice mail box is full".I finally received a call back. Guy arrived, stuck his finger up into the latch and the door worked. That's the only thing I didn't try, why would I? He was kind enough to refund my money while making a comment that I was "taking all his money."

Whoever operates this facility does not understand how it should be run. Opening hours are posted as 8:00am daily yet it is now 9:30am on a Wednesday and it is not open and no one answers the phone. My guess is the operators are just lazy and do not care because they choose to not have an operating coin machine, refuse to clean the premises and repair broken/trouble machines.

This place is disgusting!!! The washing machines stole $8.00 from me and $4.00 from another man while I was here. The place is nasty!!! Roaches climbed out of the folding tables! The machine covers fell off twice while I was here!!!!! Piece of trash go somewhere else! Also management will not answer their phones.

Place is disgusting. My clothes were dirtier after washing them then before I started. Roaches came running out of machine after they were started.What a waste of $20. Pulled my wet clothes n going to rehash them. Definitely don't even deserve 1 star

This place is under new management and is kept very organized and clean. Most of the washer and dryers work well and are usually maintained. Today however the maxi load I NEED to wash my king size comforter is not working again. 3 out of 4 times now its been out of service. (AndI only wash it 3, maybe 4) in a years time.The bonus though is they always have quarters available.

No change machine. When I first arrived there was no one in office to provide change. Someone arrived later. The place is filthy but petson in office never did any cleaning. Post-it notes on 6 macines descibing thier limits (not in use, liw heay only)
