All the employees are very nice, and helpful. They did everything they could to make sure that there would be a car available for me, for my quarterly state monitoring trip. I will need one for 2 weeks every quarter now, as I'm no longer using my POV. I had heard terrible stories from other employees at my government office about having made reservations a month in advance (I did about 3 weeks), but only to show up at Enterprise and have nothing available for them. So, I was very concerned that this might happen to me, and although I felt like a pest, I made calls ahead and had to show up at the door before the Enterprise office was even open. I live over an hour away, and this was a bit of an annoyance, but I managed to get a car for each of the 2 weeks that I needed one. I repeated the stories from my coworkers to anyone at Enterprise who could listen. I had a decent experience this time because I was able to procure a vehicle, twice for a week at a time. But it is very stressful to have to wonder if I'll have one every time. I have to drive over an hour, and only have ONE person who can bring me to Enterprise, and the uncertainty is terrible. I feel as though I was lucky this time. I'll be trying again for the same in May, August, November and then again in February of every year. Special shout out to Macie for giving me some tips to be sure I would be successful. But, yes... extremely stressful with all the "unknowns" after making reservations so far in advance. I feel as though Enterprise should HONOR those who have made the effort to create a reservation so far in advance, even if they have to bring cars in from another location in the days prior to pickup by the customer and NOT give that car to anyone else. Can't you create a "special" lot for reservations, one for insurance, one for recalls/repairs??? Again. The employees were ALL very nice, but I hated being unsure if I would have a car or not. Why do I even bother to make reservations??? Several people here have been left without one and that's truly unacceptable, and makes no sense. One last thing... whatever you all are cleaning the glass with creates severe streaking on the glass, and dashboard screen. I had to clean it myself. The 2nd car I got had oily footprints on the passenger side windshield on the inside. No one ever rode with me, so I just had to ignore it for a week. That's about it... Thank you for the good customer service in the office.

In town for a few days and needed a truck. I booked ahead of time, and received confirmation. I showed up at my scheduled time and was told that they had just rented the truck out, and watched them give the keys to another person who did NOT have a reservation. No trucks available anywhere nearby. Apparently reservations and confirmation mean nothing.

This is the second time in 2 years that I've rented a car from the Lufkin Enterprise office. They were extremely helpful, quick and polite. I highly recommend and will use them again!

Went online this morning to reserve a car for the next day for a one way trip to San Antonio. Went through all the steps online and got a CONFIRMATION number...Good...right? NO, just thought so. Get a call around 7 pm saying LUFKIN does nor HAVE ENOUGH CARS for one way trip and there are others AHEAD OF ME.....SO WHY DID I GET A CONFIRMATION NUMBER????called enterprise after hours number.Talked to a nice guy that said NACOGDOCHES had car.So he hooked us up with one there.Looks like NACOGDOCHES will get a FIVE STAR rating instead of LUFKIN

spent 20 minutes trying to speak to someone , finally got someone to answer at the lufkin branch and they quickly put me back into the system national call center, they booked a reservation that I was not ready to confirm and then tried putting me through to the local branch who obviously just took their phone off the hooks because it could never get back in touch with a human being again for the next 15 minutes. After it rings for 1 minute it just automatically hangs up on you.Extremely poor customer service.

I had a great experience with Enterprise and Alliaya in Lufkin Tx. My rental broke down and I had to get towed while I was traveling. Although things did not go as planned all locations the their best to assist me and I will be happy to come back when needed.

Every time I've gone to Enterprise in Lufkin to rent a vehicle I always get phenomenal service when picking up and dropping off. They always explain every detail and what I'm signing thoroughly, and ask if I have any questions. I can not remember the young ladies names that have helped me previously which I'm very sorry about, but the young man Dalton who helped me with my return was amazing and quick. Will I be using them in the future.....YES.....will I tell everyone I know to rent from them....YES... amazing service always no issues. Thank you Enterprise in Lufkin Tx.Jade Parsons

If you're doing a corporate rental make sure that they put all drivers down and that you put it under the corporate name not just you because Enterprise don't care if the vehicle gets run off with or not or stolen by the one of your employees or drivers even after police report they still come after you for the money and ruin your credit to rent a car here and corporate is nonexistent they don't know what they're doing

Would not let me split my payment on 2 cards I needed to put up a 300 dollar deposit, I didn't have in the account so I wanted to put on a different account. They wouldn't allow so they cancel my reservation.

Everyone doesn't have a major credit card. Debit cards and cash is not excepted. They don't have enough cars half the time and they make sure they give u as little as possible in the gas tank
