Came over to get tires yesterday and was told the tires were at another shop they own and to come back today to get them, website says they're open, got here to get the tires after driving 30 miles, no one is here and they most definitely are not open, not exactly sure what kind of people own this place but they sure know how to make someone waste time and money.

It takes a terrible experience for me to leave a bad review, but Do not go here. He seems great but he swapped out the tire I chose from the stack with one that i just found out is 9 years old from a different stack. I watched him. It’s my fault for not saying something for sure but like I said, he SEEMED like a good guy. Got on the interstate headed home and cannot go over 60 mph without my entire vehicle shaking uncontrollably because he did not balance! Also my fault for not speaking up because I sit and watched him do all this from my vehicle. I just assumed he knew what he was doing because he is supposed to be the professional. I have to learn to speak up and not to trust someone just because they know how to make me feel at home! Do not go here , most places in lufkin are the same price for used.. go somewhere else even if you have to wait. much less if you are not from the area because I am now having to pay for another one off the interstate. He is definitely a wolf in sheep’s clothing and I will never do business there again! And will also make sure I spread the word to everyone I know in the area!

Bought a used front tire for 40$.Drive away n car is shaking badly! Tell manager or guy in charge n he only looks at my other front tire and shows me where he says there's a bulge. Car did not shake before new used tire! Take car to hubcap store n they show me huge bulge on tire just bought. Take it back and have to wait for tire pick up bc he's showing a house person had called after I was already being helped. Sat there over an hour. Wake up next morning and tires completely flat! Missed my Doctors appointment out if town bc I chose this shop! Don't make the same mistake. All used tires run 30-40 everywhere hubcap store told me!!

Same brand, quality and service as your big shops around town but at a fraction of the price! Have bought over 5 brand new sets of tires for different vehicles and have saved hundreds of dollars compared to other shops in town.
