Sometimes this store is a bit out of my way but I gladly make the drive. Taylor always has a smile on her face and great customer service on a bad day I’ll make an excuse to come to this store and buy something because she makes my day better

Lots of variety in the items they carry! The employees are always polite and available when I am ready to check out. The last time I was there, the air pumps were not working, and I was informed by an employee they had been out of service for a long time, which is inconvenient. Good location.

I visited Food Mart in Crown Colony on 101 Champion Dr LLufkin Tx 75901. Yesterday I went to purchase some lotto tickets . I told the cashier I wanted the powerball. I went back today to check my numbers and I realized tye cashier gave me all mega Millions lotto and not powerball. After I got finished checking my tickets on the machine, I went to the cashier,which was a skinny little white girl,who was working around 12 noon today, was rude as hell. I told her that i came in yesterdayto ge some. powerball lotto and other lady gave me Mega millions. She displayed a very nasty agree face and talked abruptly by telling me in so many words that she understood me. She acted like I was attacking her when wasn't. There was a man standinatbehind me he saw the whole thing.she doesn't have good people skills and needs to be cussed out. I hope this type of services does not happen again. .

I didn’t purchase any items besides gas, but this convenience store seemed fine for the most part. The bathroom smelled a bit but it was cleaner than I expected anyway for a gas station.

Kept $5 of my change the night shift lady.. handed money back folded up. I didn’t realize until next morning. I wonder how often this happens.

This is the second time I've had expired product at this location! This time, I got a chocolate bunt cake because it's my last day at my job and I wanted a little treat. MOLD. The smell is horrific. I bought this tonight before my night shift. Obviously the owner, who I contacted the first time doesn't care about his customers. And I was told by a former employee that he doesn't care if something is expired, he just wants his shelves to look full. HOW DARE YOU. I am extremely upset and as this store is under its current ownership, I will never ever spend another dime in this location.

Use this place if you want your credit card information stolen. Scanners have been found multiple times here. Internet goes out and you can't pay inside. The only safe way to pay is inside. They only have cameras inside the store the ones outside don't work. The owners only care about what's inside so it doesn't get stolen. The bathrooms are disgusting. Floors are always dirty throughout the whole store. very unprofessional run business.
