Today was annual candle day, I definitely understand working there can be stressful on these kinds of days, but at the Lufkin location, there was a woman whose attitude was unwelcoming and extremely rude. She was rolling her eyes at customers and her tone was very aggressive, she didn’t greet anyone the entire time we were in line. Normally, the employees are extremely nice and friendly. Yes I am sure it gets hectic, but being polite is not difficult.

Order the body set my daughter wanted on line at Amazon. Some stores doesn't carry Brown Sugar Fig anymore or not able to pick up at the mall location. Even on the home website the store doesn't have it for pickup there, so I just have it delivered to the house, it take about 3-5 days for delivery
