I recently called to see about getting my dog's throat looked at due to something being lodged in there...the woman at the front desk put me on hold for ten minute. I called back just to be told to "thanks for calling southwood drive animal clinic I need you to hold"...I don't have time to stay on the phone...I am a working single mom trying to take care of my sons pet...they didn't seem to care as they kept me on hold...the front desk people suck...I have been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because I love the service my dogs get there...However, the front desk will be driving me away!

You know what you don't wanna hear when frantically trying to find emergency cate for an animal? Sorry we're not taking any new patients or if you were an existing client he'd definitely help. My cats intestines are hanging out her backside and the best you can do tell me good luck. Absolutely disgraceful. And that is why you should be very picky about he let care for animals. I run an animal sanctuary and I will most certainly be taking my business elsewhere.

I was recommended by my sister and I have since had three of my fur babies treated there. Wonderful treatment.

They have always given our dog the best of care. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog's health and well being. When our fur baby passed, they were loving and caring about our loss. I can't think of enough good things to say about the staff and Veterinarians.
