I like shopping here and I came with a family member and when the lady was checking receipts my fam member said check the receipt and I understood it perfectly fine and then she proceeded to mocked him and said "hahaha I thought he said chicken". I find this racist behavior disgusting and truly unacceptable.

This morning i had an absolutely shocking experience with their customer service. I got some cash back at the self checkout and the bill was ripped and missing a corner. I went to the customer service to ask whether they can exchange the bill for an undamaged one as it was for a gift. The lady told me that she can't open the register, and i told her that just a few days ago they took 5 $20s and gave me $100 without problem, so i didn't know that they cant do it anymore. And out of the blue she started shouting at me "MAM YOU CANT TELL ME THIS ANYMORE, etc." I was stunned as i was just having a calm conversation with her just a moment ago. The people in line were shocked as well. This person has no business working customer service if she blows up and starts shouting and rolling her eyes just by being asked a question.

This location is clean and well staffed. The store didn't appear like it was super busy and the aisles were well kept. The store was well stocked. I like this location .

Best Walmart of all time ? they have better service, they sell things cheaper and have more stuff then the Walmarts in Allen, I drive from west Allen to here almost every weekend just because how much better this store is with customer service, cleanliness and more

It seems they are transitioning from self checkout to checkers. I am not against this, but Walmart needs to organize the delineation of the lines better and put signage up. The lines were unnecessary and there were empty lanes.

November 11 2023 update;Still the good service one expects from a Walmart in a good area.I was able to get all my items without issues. This location is clean and has good customer service.=============This Walmart was surprisingly not too packed on December 23rd. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and there were no lines at the checkout.Here's something else, the electronic filter machine was working. I've been to a few Walmarts that were not working so this made me very happy ??

Honestly surprised with the selection of items and how clean the store was. Definitely a lot of products that aren’t offered or available in my state. Probably better pricing also

Its really good and I just have to say is, wow! I love the place, clean overall but one thing I hate is how people mess up the shelfs.. its fine. But I prefer to try not messing the shelf..

Last experience was good self checkout lady was very sweet and helpful. Time before 2 cashiers at self checkout talking to each other and acting irritated because I needed assistance. One of my water's was leaking so I asked for her to take it n remove from order then there was a puddle under cart n I pointed it out she was in no hurry to quit talking n clean up a wet spill then when she did she still left it mostly wet there. They Need training on customer service and safety for shoppers. Time before that same 2 yappy self checkout workers not much help one real rude everytime. The times before that workers trying to run me over with their order pick up carts and in their cell phones

This morning I made an order for delivery. I bought $170 worth of groceries and other supplies. I was told it would arrive between 4-5 o’clock this evening. I received two text messages about my groceries arriving by 4:15. By 4:45 I got a call from Walmart that my groceries had been returned. The woman I spoke with asked if anyone had called me about the delivery of my groceries. Said they had reached out to me and there was no response. I received no calls, no text messages asking for clarity on directions or anything. She told me they would replace the cold items with fresh items and she herself would call me when the delivery was sent back out. Here we are THREE hours later after I had received yet another text message about the driver being on the way to deliver my groceries, I get a call from Walmart again except this time it’s an entirely different person. A man who said his name is Walker Smith. I’m not even sure if he gave me a real name. He informed me that my groceries yet again were returned that they could not find my location. I live in the middle of Allen right in the middle of 121 and 75. I gave the name of my neighborhood, the gate code for entrance and opted in for text notification and phone calls. Even gave specifics on replacement items if they didn’t have what I ordered. The gentleman was incredibly ambivalent towards me. Confirmed my address and said yet again they would send it back out my way. I asked him what he could do to ensure I would receive my food and his answer was to do a pick up order. Didn’t offer literally anything else. I asked to speak with a manager and he refused me. I asked for a number to call to speak with someone and had to ask three times to get a number to speak with someone. My mother had a stroke last year and is permanently disabled. If she were to have received that kind of treatment knowing she can’t pick up her food or go shopping I would have lost my temper. I made my order at 11am and it is now 8pm. I have never had this experience before with Walmart delivery services. I will not be ordering through Walmart any longer.

Please stop rearranging the store every 6 months. And can you get some men's clothing sizes that aren't 4XL?On the plus side the store is clean, self checkout usually works well.

Food was so so, as expected from any Pakistani restaurant, spicy!!Portion size compared to price was kinda small.It's a new restaurant, clean and simple. Nothing fancy, just a regular store.

I visit here at least once a week. Their Pickup service has been a time saver for me, since I'm in a wheelchair and have to drag hubs along for big & heavy stuff. This way, I place my order, then drive up and hour before to get the things I want to pick myself (i.e. produce). By the time I check out, my Pickup Order is ready. The employees are kind & very helpful. This store is my favorite.

No apologies necessary. Watch price scans while checking out. I went to self-service checkout. The prices were not correct on 2 clearance items. Both were scanning at full price. An employee took about 5 minutes to correct the price. Then, a valid manufacturer's coupon did not scan. Then that had to be corrected. Then, finally, when I tried to pay, the card reader was not working correctly (chip malfunctiono bullcrudo). They had to move me to the clerk stand in the middle of the checkout ares for me to pay. There, the debit card worked fine. In the transfer, the price overrides and the coupon correction were voided and went back to the original prices. I guess they thought that I wouldn't notice. During that time, I had them put back an item. Now, get this, in the second checkout, my total was $1.10 higher with one less item. Of course, at that station, the prices are not displayed. I told this to the employee. Instead of waiting for a manager, I just left. No one involved ever apologized. Everyone shopping at this store, keep a close eye on price scans.
