“We've had a storage unit with Extra Space Storage in Allen, TX, on Greenville and Bethany for a number of years now. Every 9 to 10 months or so there's a rate increase and it's usually a pretty stark increase. I'm grateful for the help in having this rate increase reduced instead of how ridiculously much they usually raise it. This time, however, Nathan at this location went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciate his help! We still have a rate increase, but it's small enough that we can afford it given the perilously rough times in our great Country right now. Thank you, Nathan, for all of your help with reducing this rate increase to a workable amount!”

“I love this storage facility. It’s always clean and week-maintained and I have never had a security concern. But best of all are the people. Their property managers have been friendly and easy to work with. I’d recommend this facility to anyone who needs to put “some stuff” in storage. I’ve had a unit (or 2 and now 3) for years.
UPDATE 3 YEARS LATER: I STILL love this facility and its staff. They are always willing to bend over backwards, if possible, the help you out. I am FINALLY leaving the next, thought, after about 20 years. About time!! Seriously though, good property, good people, never had a worry about my stuff.”

“I rented a Public Storage unit recently in the Richardson area. I had questions about paying my rent in person at other locations closer to where I live. I was near the 2200 Avenue K location in Plano. Vanessa and Nick were there, and said some places only have the self-serve kiosks. I prefer to pay in person to a human being, and get a confirmation receipt printed out. Vanessa answered all my other questions as well when Nick was assisting another customer. They both were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Thank you both!

“We have had many storage units over our 45 years but consider Lucas Storage the best. From the initial lease thru our 2+ years there, they were awesome to work with. We moved items in during on of our ice storms in the Dallas/Allen area and the Manager was out there trying to break up a few inches of ice accumulation just to accommodate us. Why do this in an ice storm? Well, when you have to be moved out by a deadline, you have to do what you have to do. Lucas Storage didn’t close in case their customers needed access to there units and we appreciated it. A special thank you to the Manager Stephanie for being so professional, friendly and helpful.”
