We have had many storage units over our 45 years but consider Lucas Storage the best. From the initial lease thru our 2+ years there, they were awesome to work with. We moved items in during on of our ice storms in the Dallas/Allen area and the Manager was out there trying to break up a few inches of ice accumulation just to accommodate us. Why do this in an ice storm? Well, when you have to be moved out by a deadline, you have to do what you have to do. Lucas Storage didn’t close in case their customers needed access to there units and we appreciated it. A special thank you to the Manager Stephanie for being so professional, friendly and helpful.

I have used these guys 2 times in the last 3 years. Always clean and safe. The woman who runs the site is amazing and friendly. Prices very competitive.

I had a great experience renting a couple of units from Lucas Storage. Stephanie was awesome! Very professional and genuinely kind. She helped me when I was selling my home and needed a place to store my furniture. I highly recommend the temperature-controlled units as they are spotless, and I never saw one spider or web. Very happy and would highly recommend it.

Michelle is amazing and I would highly recommend renting storage from this place. The storage units are very clean and the owner Michelle will help accommodate all of your needs within reason as she did for me while I was getting married.

Kind staff, clean facilities, gates always work, reasonable prices. Zero complaints. Move out was a breeze with no issues unlike past storage facilities I've used. I will always use Lucas Storage if storage is needed in the future.
