“I went here with the hopes of opening an estate account of my mother who has since passed even though I wasn’t a customer. I was immediately greeted and they even held the door open for me. They were way more knowledgeable, educative, and understanding than the two other banks I went to before. I ended up talking to their manager who explained everything to me and why legally they couldn’t open it without this document provided.The way each employee responded, worked together, and actually tried to help while educate is hard to find these days. Especially since I wasn’t a regular customer.I would highly recommend this location if you want first class customer service that is knowledgeable and actually cares for you.”
