Poor customer service, poor craftsman ship. once I got my rings home and looked at them under better light one of them I notice scratches on the top of my black diamond. Probably from The tool they used to hold the diamond while mounting it to the ring and the other ring, my engagement band looked like it wasn't finished properly looks bent and is no where close to a flat circle.
