Yates Flooring gave us an excellent experience from beginning to the very end. We couldn’t have asked for better. We were so blessed to work with Monte who went above and beyond. From receptionist to installers, all were knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. Our floor is gorgeous and We will use Yates again!!

We had used Yates in Midland previously and had them do a whole house of new carpet when moving to Lubbock in April 2023. Ty Houtchens was the salesperson and was good to work with. They had done extensive work in the home before and he was able to match the carpet manufacturer & pattern for the rest of the house.It was a big job... two day removal and install. There was one minor issue with a custom rug; Ty came out personally to assist and it was taken care of. The installers had a challenging pattern to work with and a lot of stairs... I think they did better than we've ever had in the past, including with clean-up.

We replaced the carpet in the living room with wood flooring. Ty was a great sales associate and was quick to respond. Upon installation our installer Carlos and his crew were fantastic and did a wonderful job installing our floors! Very pleased! Thank you Yates!

Yates installed carpet in one of my bedrooms and the price and service was affordable and very good, both the salesman Monte Pierce and the installer Jovanny Rodriguez.

Would never spend a Dime here, I went to a guy to buy some Porcelain Flooring a sales man Monte, contacted me through text. I said I would like a quote and I showed him the measurements of the walls. He replied with "just multiply whatever you have times 6.29 sq ft." I told him I wasn't sure how to get the sq footage that's why I sent him the layout and he to me to figure it with what his assistant THOUGHT it would b. I told him the assistant never had my drawing that's why I wanted him to draw me a up a quote. Which he never did or attempted to. Lazy sales person. So I went to Raider Flooring and they are super friendly and assisted me with everything I needed help with. Yates you got to do better.

Monte was a terrible representative of Yates. He did not answer questions and was deceptive about agreements. He threatedned to call lawyers and put a lein on my home becuase I was not paying the last installment until he had corrected the matter.I would never recommend Yates Flooring to anyone. In fact, I am going to tell as many people as I can about my expetience. I will go to Google, Instagram and spread it everywhere on social media.Monte should not receive commission for the sale. He did nothing but make the whole experience horrible.

Great customer service from Ty in store. Amazing service from the guys doing the 1/4 round trim, super sweet. We are in love with the flooring that was installed! Perfect for our new home.We had some minor difficulties with installation that Will was very kind to address and help us work through. Thanks Yates!

From the minute we walked into your showroom, everything was great! Our salesman, Monte, was knowledgeable and really guided us as we chose what we wanted for our house. The installer worked so hard and did a beautiful job. Leila in the installation department is priceless...she answered our questions and had such patience! We will always come to Yates when we are doing flooring work on our home.

Went to Yates looking for luxury vinyl to replace carpet in bedrooms & office. Worked with Kimberly Pharr. Just the best! Very professional and great personality. She helped us find flooring that worked with our existing discontinued flooring. The Installers were top notch. Got the job done in a day. Very happy with our floors!
