“I came in with a low tire that i have taken to 2 other shops that just put air and move on . Matthew the guy in the shop took the time to actually pull my car in and found out i had a nail. he fixed it on the spot . when i went in to pay the manager just said i was good to go and the next time i need anything to come back in!!! I am for sure going to come in and get me some tire next time i need them. the shop guy was the best!!! thanks guys.”

“Everything was great,except for the fact that they don't know how to read the door jamb sticker for proper tire pressure,overinflated my tires to 42 pounds,they are supposed to have 30 pounds,tire light came on for overpressure”

I see this often while at discount and it's truly impressive and professional how the employees handle themselves.”
“Great Service! I recently had a nail removal done at your store at 6306 82nd in Lubbock, Texas. Collin was my service manager. He was very friendly and got my flat fixed quickly, but later in the evening, I noticed the tire was losing air again faster than before. I made an appointment for today. Collin met me at the door asking, what's wrong? I told him, and I told him I was supposed to be on the road. He immediately got me taken care of in less than 30 minutes. I'm very impressed. He remembered me and took care of me.”
