Bought a truck from Sam, he was very nice showed us different options and worked with us. The finance guy I don’t remember his name was also very helpful and welcoming. The only problem I did have with them was, we asked to see the car fax for the truck we bought. They said there was only one owner and wasn’t used for anything other than going too and from work. We were told we’d see the car fax before we signed anything. And they tried getting us to before seeing the car fax. We asked multiple times for it and finally, Brad showed us on his phone but we going very fast because he didn’t want us to see that there was in fact 2 previous owners and an accident report as well as a recall. When my husband asked to see the recall again he tried skimming over it. So we asked for it to be printed and he told us he couldn’t. We then asked for it to be emailed to us and we have yet to receive it. That was the only downside. Other than that we got a great deal. Thank you Sam!

I advise nobody to come here if they are looking for a deal, me an my fiancé went there they told us a bunch of lies an we got screwed out of 20 grand! They are very crooked people! Was using one of our vehicles as there own a when we got our truck back the driver side window was broken a they put over a thousand miles on our truck! They are not a dealership! A don’t know what they are doing. Also the truck they sold us had poor maintenance the windshield wipers were broken the truck needed new shocks they promised a deal on new tires they lied about that to, the glow plugs needed to be replaced and the windshield was also broken, an needed new break pads, All they want is to screw you over. Hopefully some see this before they end up in the situation we were in.

Went to this lot today and bought a truck, the transaction was very smooth and Alex was very helpful and everything was straightforward which are the type of people I would want to do business with. They have a lot of good selections and you can tell that their vehicles are well selected and inspected thoroughly before they put it on their lot.

Western Auto dealership is a great place to purchase a used vehicle at a reasonable price. There was an excellent selection of vehicles in my price range. The customer service provided was excellent. Alex was out salesman he was very helpful, patient and knew everything that we needed to know when it came down to the vehicle we decided to purchase. He worked very hard to get our down payment to the amount we could afford and even got are monthly car payments at the price range we could afford. I have nothing but great things to say about Western Auto and would highly recommend them to anyone looking into purchasing a vehicle!
